By accessing or using the services provided by AI Capital Advisory, a division of Group 4 Networks Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

AI Capital Advisory provides AI consulting and advisory services, including but not limited to:

  • AI strategy development and implementation
  • Custom AI agent development (voice, booking, automation)
  • Cybersecurity AI solutions
  • Process automation and optimization
  • AI training and support services

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Provide reasonable access to systems and personnel as needed

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property developed during the engagement shall be addressed in individual service agreements. Our pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks remain our exclusive property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Capital Advisory and Group 4 Networks Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from AI implementations.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
